The experiments in the first week were 1] to add mouthwash as an unknown catalyst to the concrete reaction and 2] to implant a sort of coagulation of oily soil in attempt to create air pockets in the concrete. The result of the mouthwash was a crumbly minty fresh concrete. The result of the latter was a dirt-textured surface. In neither sample was an interesting array of visible air pockets.
